As Executive Vice President of Business Operations, Ms. Hoekstra maintains client relationships with several school districts, reporting to Boards of Education and Citizen’s Oversight Committees on projects and programs. Ms. Hoekstra also acts as primary liaison between project operations and financial services, ensuring project objectives are met and assisting with cost control systems. She also performs financial projections both on a project and company level.
Ms. Hoekstra has spent her entire 25 year career in the construction industry, and has specialized in public sector construction for the last twelve years. The total value of construction work she has overseen exceeds $1 billion.
