The "Project Documents" (as defined in the Information for Bidders) are on file at the following location: OCB Reprographics, 345 Clinton Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. The Project Documents include the plans and specifications pursuant to which the Project is to be constructed and upon which the bidders are to base their bids ("Plans and Specifications").
Option 1: View and/or Download from OCB Planwell site by following these directions:
- Access the site by going to Internet Explorer to connect to www.ocbinc.com
- Click on Planwell Enterprise Public Planroom search by SAUSD.
Option 2: Purchase CD (Compact Disc) or paper bid documents by following these directions:
- Send email request to planwell @ocbinc.com. Reference Spurgeon Intermediate School in Email Title.
- Call OCB at (949) 660-1150. Ask for the Planwell Department.
Management and coordination for the project is the responsibility of the District's Construction

| Pre-bid Walks |
| The District will conduct a Mandatory Informational Job Walk and conference relative to the Project. The location of that job walk and conference shall be at Spurgeon Intermediate School Parking Lot - 2701 W. 5th Street, Santa Ana, CA. The job walk and conference will commence promptly at 1:00 p.m. on June 23, 2010 and 1:00 p.m. on June 30, 2010. All bidders must attend one of the two job walks. |
